Please fill out the information below to begin the draw request process.
*In the wire/check request area, please make sure the account information is for the name of the person(s) or entity on the loan. If you request funds to any other individual/entity please download and fill out the third party permission.
Click the Master Repair Budget button below to download your most recent repair budget and enter in your requested amount to submit with your request.
If you are requesting your final funds on this draw request, click the Final Draw Affidavit button. This document needs to be printer, filled out, signed, notarized, and sent back.

Once your draw is submitted, it can take up to 7 days to receive approved funds. Once the request is received it will be assigned to the inspector. We have two optioned for the inspection depending on property location, either the inspector will inspect the property, or we will provide a link to the TruePics app via text message for you to take photos yourself. Once we have photos back the inspector will provide his inspection report and the request will be submitted for approval within 24 hours. Once the request is approved the funds will be wired out with in 24 hours. You will receive an email for each step of the processes so you will know where your request is in the process.
