LT began his real estate career with HomeVestors of America in 1997, gaining valuable experience at the corporate level before purchasing his own franchise and becoming an active real estate investor.
Over nearly three decades in the industry, LT has personally flipped hundreds of homes and worked with several well-known home-buying and real estate investment companies, including HomeVestors, Houston House Buyers, and Jet Lending, where he previously served from 2008 to 2014.
In August 2026, LT returned to Jet Lending as an Account Executive, bringing extensive hands-on investing experience and a deep understanding of the Houston real estate market. Having been on the investor side of the transaction himself, LT understands what it takes to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and get deals to the closing table.
Today, he serves as a trusted resource for Jet Lending clients, helping real estate investors evaluate opportunities, structure financing, and secure the funding they need for their next transaction.
